Since Annabeth has complained about my lack of posts, I shall post to revive this blog! :D

Hols are halfway through, and guess what, I didn't accomplish anything.

Piano exam next Monday, and my pieces+scales are still sounding shitty. A1, B2, C1 songs really need improvement! I try, try and try. It's volatile. Sometimes it sounds real awesome, but sometimes, just pure, utterly, disgusting and irritating to the max. D:

Really unhappy with Singapore Idol- The Piano Show Part 2's sudden 'change of plan' to add that Australian in. D: And note, I'm not being racist (if that's the right term), I just feel that she has no potential at all. But not like I have any XD Still.

Bleh, I totally agree with the saying that when things are gone only then you'll realise its true worth.
I'm referring to LJL. Now he's on long term MC, and some Liu comes along to take the class.
Before this, we always complained about LJL being so not strict, being harsh and stuffs. But now? I'd rather have LJL back as a teacher, cos I do care about my chinese grades. I don't even understand half of the things she's saying/which portion she's talking about. Which sucks. And the notes she did say during class are scarce, as compared to the hell lot of analysis that LJL always gives.

I'm really thankful that there's an off-day tmrw! Plus, I don't have any IR/IRP to attend to, so its a whole day at home! It's midweek too, which is a plus.

Hopefully I can finish prepping Hist SBQ notes by tonight. Not notes for SBQ, but notes to prep for SBQ. It's on the Long March and GLF, so should be okay bah. Shall try to finish by 12 then catch up on sleep.

Tmrw's gonna be a loooong day though. I need to mug for Chinese test this Friday which tests on 别离的故事(二) and 最后的牛车水. Then there's a whole load of physics to settle, like understanding everything taught since the first lesson, mugging for quiz on Thurs, finishing Assignment 1 and MPhy.

MPhy keeps on cheating my feelings. Everytime I see, it says 31st July. But the time is set to 00:00, which means its officially due Thursday night, instead of Friday night. Aww sad.

I'm still very angry with what happened during CO just now. You keep on claiming that you're busy, but when liu throws a head of dept role to you, you don't even voice your thoughts and concern and just say yes. Damn you, why does liu keep on siding you? Just cos you're the "Great Leader"? C'mon, what have you done for CO this year? Pon the first few weeks in a row for PRACTICE for competition when you clearly told liu/wang that it was competition. LIAR. Then, plan a fail CIP for CO. Such planning things don't require alot of time, y'know. It's just like, a day's worth of planning and collaborating?

Finally, Chinese O's Listening Comprehension is over!
Really happy about that! ^^
But the end of Chinese O Levels means that officially, it's the start of H(el)1.

I found out a really interesting thing today though. SEAB/MOE actually uses Symphony 92.4 to broadcast the passages. Haha, I wonder what outsiders listening to the radio station will think. It's so weird ain't it? Like you're listening to classical music and suddenly they say that it's the start of the Chinese Listening Comprehension... Haha.

On a sidenote, I was right about the school still continually covering up everything. "The system crashed" is such a classic excuse. I actually saw the future and saw them using that excuse, like last night? Haha, the school management is really predictable. Censorship! (I almost wanted to write that example for English Formative today!)

So, some "VERY SMART" person by the name of Angel or Anarchy decided to be really stupid and send that whole complain letter to the whole school.

I'm going to say that it's almost useless to send such a mass email, cos firstly, out of the ~90% of students who are not Student Leaders, I would stereotype (Yes, I hear y'all screaming saying that I shouldn't stereotype, but I shall do that to aid my argument today, yeah?) that more than 90% of this 90% don't give a damn about the "Leaders of their School".

Most of our fellow schoolmates are too engrossed in the CAP wars to ever give a damn about what their leaders are doing. Or even bothering to think about the leadership structure and what not about the school. And I must add on, a portion of the 90% are more engrossed in 'sounding the horn' every 15 minutes rather than bothering about such finicky details.

The remaining approximate 10% people? They do care, but they never have a voice. I think I fall in that category. Waiitt. I just realised I fall into the 'SL' category. But since I don't play a huge role and I'm not in the Council anyway, I still fall into the remaining 10%. But yes. We're civilised people.

Truth to be told, I've noticed even more faults with the council than our very smart spammer over there. And guess what, I've actually voiced my opinions to a few people, some of which are Councillors themselves. I won't name who.

And of course there's that 0.1% of the population, retards, who go around doing such silly things like sending a mass email to the school population with complains of the council and porn(that's what I heard). There, our school population has ~1000 students? Sending so many emails, (I heard it was 6?), that's 6000 times of spamming porn. I'm thankful that I've deleted EVERYTHING before opening it at all. Well, except the email regarding the council.

Dear spammer,

Do get a life, and do grow up. You're so freaking immature by sending such things. If you really need to complain, why not go speak to a councillor? Or perhaps you're such a retard that you don't have any friends or you're unable to socialise? And besides, if you've been suicidal, haven't you taken your life by now? Those pasted messages came around a week ago? Wow, it takes you that long to kill yourself? Amazing. (Do note that I'm not encouraging you to kill yourself!)

Oh, and it'll really help to grow a brain if you haven't done so. Spamming to the whole school is really stupid. You're blowing up the whole entire damn thing.

Haha,this is becoming more of a blog to keep track my homework ._.
Anyway, this week was a pretty hectic one, and I'm glad it's finally over!
Sleeping ~10 hours max for 3 days in a row isn't really good, but by today my biological clock totally screwed and I was actually quite awake despite sleeping for around 4 hours average. Heehee.

Anyways, homework so far.

Chinese: Zuoye Chapter 10 (due Monday), Zuowen (due Friday)
Math: Tutorial 2A, 2B, Assignment 2. (No due date specified yet.)
Bio: Evolution Assignment 3

And all these has to be done by Sunday, since there's the AYC Singapore Delegation Orientation on Monday.

And the AYC is going to burn off a whole perfect Monday. Ugh. Shall bring some hw along to do :P

It seems as if this semester's modules are all trying to kill be one by one, bit by bit.

I guess the worst is Chinese, and MolG, and Math, and probably a lil bit of Chem and Physics.
And guess what, other than English, the above mentioned are about all the modules I've had lessons for so far. Surprise.

But seriously, H1 Chinese is terrible. I used to think that LJL scaring us at the first day of each sem's lesson was just a 'joke' to push us on. That was last sem. This sem? It's no joke. The papers are hard, tedious, crazy, scary. The list goes on.

MolG is a great subject by itself. But with the teacher, I don't know if I can put faith in my bio results anymore. After all, I did screw up the previous module this teacher taught, which wasn't of much surprise anyway.

Math, calculus omg. It's okay for now I guess. But it's eating up my brain into bits! Haha, I'm thankful for not taking Math Honors, somehow or other. Although it gave me a 4 hours break straight (which is super sian), I guess this 4 hours will be good in the near future, especially once homework starts piling up, or I somehow forgot (very intentionally) to do MolG homework :P

Nothing much tomorrow, just math, chinese and english. Haha, I wonder if anyone would bother finishing english homework, not like I didn't :P And chinese, oh chinese. It's two days before the dreaded Orals. Haha, perfect medium for H1N1 to spread, the invigilators... Go figure xP

For once in a very very very long time, I slept 1/2 to 1 hour earlier than my usual sleeping time, and wake up ~2.5 hours later than my normal sleeping time! :D

I don't feel as refreshed as compared to my usual sleeping time at ~1.30 and waking up at my usual waking time at about 8. Less sleep makes me more refreshed, but up to a certain point, I guess.

Let's hope tmrw will be a sunny morning! I want to get darker, heheh.

my attendance in my main and sub- CCAs was 100% for 2007! :D

Today was such a LOL day. Managed to finish some english though, which is a great achievment given that I didn't get access to internet till now.

Despite the fact that my overall CAP didn't deprove, I'm still very disappointed with my results. ):
Damn the exams, cause of it, I don't get any As. But as compared to last year, at least I've only got 1 C+ and the rest consists of Bs (B-, B, B+). Well, a slight improvement, but when you see everyone else around you improving by huge margins, it's still demoralising.

And especially some person, who's that smart enough to get a CAP 5.00. I'm not a sore loser or something, it's just that I'm not very happy with that particular person's antics to capture every teacher's attention.

In life, you can never get everything you want. I can't believe that despite working much harder this sem, my CAP's still that disgusting. Yes, disgusting is the right word for it. I just hope my 4.50 for Hist can remain, and hopefully improve on Bio/Chem. If I did improve, that'll be awesome.

I want my CAP to increase overnight too! But honestly, how much more can it increase when there's people like Annabeth getting 4.89. Sheesh.

Just hope; just as the sin(x) curve was going upwards, it had to change to sin(2x) instead and accelerating, downwards.

No surprises, I screwed up Econs big time.

I realise that from this exam, those papers in which I passed, (well, for the exception of that English paper which has Ms Bay's 'blood' vomitted all over) I felt that I could do better. Whereas those I didn't get past the 50% pass mark, I feel as if I've just dumpped it to fate's hands.

Math is another story, but ah.
I've got seriously no motivation to study hard for Chinese. Well, maybe except the fact that Liu/Wang will be my teacher if I don't do well and go CLB. That's the only reason so far, I need to think of more to spur me on!

Disappointments aplenty. Although I've passed, passed those two papers. But somewhere inside, I'm unhappy. I could have done better, and all I did was screw up the SBQs for both papers. How awesome is that!

My essays were fine. They were of an acceptable grade. But there was just the SBQs to pull me down. And surprisingly, the paper in which I expected to get higher, I got lower instead. What is this! All my grades are so damn horrible.

Why the heck am I not giving a damn?
Plenty of people around me have been trying to get me going, but I just lost interest in Chinese.
Well, the only thing that somehow pushes me on is the thought that I'll get liu/wang as my chinese teacher if I don't do well and drop to CLB.

Gah, LJL sucks. I remember at the start of the year, I was so inspired to learn chinese cos of NaiLaoShi's encouragement. Too bad, I seldom see her online these days, and even if I do see her online, she's (most of the time) at work (SPH). So I don't want to disturb her. I just need her encouragement again lah. And maybe a little bit here and there too. And after 1 sem of LJL's lessons, I do understand some chinese things better, but the interest in chinese just poofed. Gone.

Just got back Physics, Math (Series, Sequences and MI), Chem and Cell Bio back today. To put it frankly, I'm not at all happy with the shit results I have.

~~Yes, there are a couple of improvements, especially in Physics.~~ Why am I kidding myself? There was the help of the cheat sheet for Physics and it's still that low?!

I think I'm such a let down. I've aimed for higher marks, and it might have been possible if I've put in more effort. But on the other hand, I've worked to my limits this sem. If this is the result I'm getting, how am I supposed to get the subj combi I want next year?

By the time Math paper came back, I was seriously on the verge of tears. Perhaps I've expected too much? I always seem to blank out unexpectedly during the exams. ): I guess that's why all these while I've been the one putting so much effort into things like projects, cos it's the only way my results can get pulled up.

I guess it's too late for regrets now, I hope this will be a good wake up call.
But I've still got no motivation to start studying for Chinese 'O' Levels despite it being around a week away! I don't even feel the sense of urgency, omg. How!!

Do hope that subsequent script checkings will not be as demoralising as today's.

Ah, erratas to previous posts;

1. The whole Year 4 level no longer have to retake the biodee paper (YAY!). According to some higher authority (coupled with rumours), the person from 406 who's involved got suspension, and the one from 409 (not really sure) might be, might be expelled.

It might be for the greater of mankind, but if news leaked out that such a thing happened, the school's image and Diploma is at a great stake.

2. KooBits ain't really that dumb after all! It's just one part of improvement I found by chance, but the whole eBook application is still plain dumb. KooBits allows users to ADD PAGES! Kinda amazing for such a screwed software, haha.

After an eventful day at NLB, we've done quite abit. Well, at least KooBits was started.

Shall complain about the flaws of such a horrible application that SouthWest CDC make us use.
Firstly, there's only 7 pages worth of things in which we can put into the eBook. Note, SEVEN. Taking away the front cover, and the acknowledgments, there's only 5 pages. How the heck do you squeeze so much infomation into 5 pages? Suddenly I feel (most of) the research that we've done will be gone to waste, since it's almost impossible to squeeze so much in!

Secondly, KooBits does not allow keyboard shortcuts like Ctrl A, Ctrl C, Ctrl V, Ctrl B etc. What software doesn't allow this, I ask you! KooBits, duh -.- It's a stupid dumb software, I tell you. What's more, the fonts in which they have inside is horrible, no sense of creativity.

But since this is a program that has been installed in primary school computers, I guess I can't blame the KooBits producers much, it's meant for the less-complex minds and manipulations of the innocent primary school kids... But why did SWCDC make us use such a screwed up software? Its not like we can't use other software like Flash and make use of our creative minds to do something different.

But KooBits? Don't kid me, it's a software for kids. Its plain useless, dumb, stupid, moronic, (enters synonyms of stupid here).

I'm currently very angry with KooBits for I've spent one whole day on such a stupid thing, and it's still not done.
